Moment e-scooter rider hits pothole and faceplants the road

CCTV footage shows the moment an e-scooter rider smacks into a road after hitting a pothole. The rider hit the pothole outside the Red Lion pub in Old Marston, Oxford, and was left lying face down on the road. Pub workers and patrons rushed to help the man and called an ambulance, also diverting traffic while waiting for it to arrive.
