It was a night of shocks, disappointment and PDA at this year's BAFTA Film Awards. One Battle After Another proved to be the big winner with six gongs, while Irish star Jessie Buckley won Best Actress, and Robert Aramayo earned a surprise honour for Best Actor - beating Timothée Chalamet who had been tipped to win for his role in Marty Supreme. The movie was the biggest loser of the night - heading into the ceremony with 11 nominations but leaving completely empty-handed. When Robert's name was called out as the winner of Best Actor, there were gasps in the auditorium while his proud father jumped to his feet. His win follows his role in biopic I Swear, centred on campaigner John Davidson's life amid his Tourette's diagnosis. John was in attendance but host Alan Cumming was forced to apologise after he let out involuntary shouts during the night due to his Tourette's, which included a racist slur.
