Michelle Keegan shows off her gruelling exercise regime in home gym

Michelle Keegan winced in pain as she showed off her gruelling gym routine in a video she shared on Wednesday. The actress, 38, filmed herself working out with personal trainer Danny-Lee Finch in Essex as he got her to do dumbbell hammer curls in her home gym. The former Brassic star closed her eyes and beared the pain as she gave her biceps a workout. Alongside the video, Michelle wrote: '@viphq_essex didn't take any of my excuses today. For the record this was my last set of 4... my arms were dead.'
