Driver punches pensioner for obeying 20mph limit in rage attack

Roofer Christopher Shaw, 40, punched 68-year-old Christopher Lavis after confronting him for sticking to a 20mph limit and giving way to traffic. Lavis suffered three facial fractures when Shaw opened his car door and struck him as his wife watched.
