Soham child murderer Ian Huntley attacked in prison

Soham child murderer Ian Huntley was bludgeoned in the head with a 'spiked metal pole' by an inmate today before being left in a pool of blood. The 52-year-old is serving life behind bars for killing ten-year-old girls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman at his home in Soham, Cambridgeshire, in August 2002.
