Green Party leader Zack Polanski has said the Gorton and Denton by-election result will "transform the face of British politics".At a press conference with new MP Hannah Spencer, he said: "We could have had a Reform MP and I believe that the Labour Government would have responded to that by saying, 'yep, you know what we need to do, we need more anti-migrant rhetoric, we don't need to worry about the cost-of-living crisis, we can just be fighting on culture wars'."
