Moment a pubgoer is caught on CCTV spiking women's drinks. Steven Millward, 38, tipped white powder into the unknowing women's glasses when the friends nipped to the toilet at The Standing Order Wetherspoons in Derby. But upon returning, one of the women noticed mysterious white lumps floating in her drink and immediately reported it to the bar. Quick-thinking staff checked CCTV to find Millward carrying out the shocking act in February last year.
