Moment cigarette-smoking 'thief' breaks into £50,000 BMW M4

This is the moment a cigarette-smoking yob broke into an unlocked BMW M4. The 'thief' made off with the owner's hand creams, lip balms and Louis Vuitton bags. Samuel Fodil was unaware that he had left his £50,000 car unlocked. It happened on a busy North Road, Cardiff, in the early hours of February 21st. CCTV also showed him puffing on a cigarette while trying to gain access to another vehicle.
