A man is arrested after throwing 'homemade nail bombs' near Gracie Mansion. Gracie Mansion is the home of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani. The 18-year-old man, identified as Amir Balat, lit and threw a homemade bomb device towards the area of the counter-protest group of the Jake Lang anti-Islam group, which he was a part of.
