Call the Midwife finale heartbreak as cherished character dies

The Call The Midwife finale has left BBC viewers in tears over a heartbreaking death on Sunday night. The hit drama has concluded series 15 and won't be back on screens for a few years while creator Heidi Thomas works on a movie version and a prequel series.
