Dramatic police chase after a thief jumps out of a window

Footage shows the moment a thief who tried to evade cops by jumping out of a window was caught in a little over a minute following a dramatic chase. Bobby Thorpe climbed out of a second-storey window at an address in Tonbridge, Kent, after police officers arrived to arrest him.
