Daniel Radcliffe: Every child actor should have therapy growing up

Daniel Radcliffe has said that every child actor should have mandatory therapy as he reflected on growing up in the spotlight.The actor, 36, who rose fame aged just 11 as the titular character in the Harry Potter film franchise, revealed that although he 'didn't have those resources' he was one of the lucky ones.Speaking in an interview on Tuesday, Daniel recalled hearing a story about one child actor who took his own life after struggling with his mental health.'You are viewed as having it all so you feel like you kind of don't have a right to complain and that is hard to get past,' he said.'Some mandated therapy would be a great thing'.
