FBI says Michigan synagogue attacker shot himself in the head.

During a presser the FBI reveals the Michigan synagogue attacker, Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, shot himself in the head after a shootout with security officers. Ghazali's vehicle gets jammed between hallway walls when he engages in a gunfight with a security officer through the rear window. A second officer approached and during this gunfight Ghazali shot himself. The FBi discovers a large quantity of commercial grade fireworks inside Ghazali's truck bed.
