Moment out of control cab plows into women standing on NYC sidewalk

CCTV video captured the moment an out of control taxi plowed into two women standing on a Lower East Side sidewalk in New York City. One woman apparently fell through the building's cellar doors after the impact. Both women were taken to hospital with, miraculously, minor injuries.
