Arrest made in 2011 cold case murder of Iowa realtor.

Des Moines Police make arrest in 15-year-old cold case of murdered realtor, Ashley Okland. Okland was was mysteriously found dead at open house an open house. Police arrested Kristin Elizabeth Ramsey and she is charged with first-degree murder. Police announce that there are no other arrests expected to be made.
