Moment thug attacks OAP, 74, with nail-studded plank on his drive

This is the shocking moment a pensioner was brutally attacked on his own driveway by a masked thug with a wooden plank. CCTV footage shows Joe Storer, 74, being struck in the face while he checked his bins outside his home in Derby. Mr Storer opens the main gate before a man, dressed in black and wearing a ski mask, charges at him with a plank of wood riddled with nails. The pensioner was hit once in the face before the man dropped the plank and fled the scene at around 6.30am on March 10. The footage shows Mr Storer clutching his face as he rushes to get back inside.
