An Air Canada regional jet is coming into land at New York's LaGuardia Airport travelling at around 150 miles per hour. At the exact same moment, a fire truck crosses the runway. The plane slams into the vehicle… sending it spinning across the tarmac. Two pilots are killed, more than 40 people are injured. But how did this happen?
