'Rogue' builder accused of £100k homes scam

A family was left homeless and a couple without windows for a year after a 'rogue' builder allegedly took £100,000 before wrecking their homes and vanishing. Roofs, doors and windows were removed, leaving children, including a disabled child, without shelter.
