Racist thug caught on camera battering and threateing Asian taxi driver

A racist thug caught on a taxi's CCTV camera battering an Asian taxi driver and threatening to kill him and his family has been jailed. The footage released by Durham Constabulary showed Jonathan Olley hurling racist abuse at the terrified cabbie before repeatedly punching him in the head. Olley, who was so drunk the driver took £20 up front for the journey, accused him of 'ripping me off' and proceeded to elbow the driver in the face and smack him several times. Olley, who works as a prison cleaner, was jailed for one year and five months after admitting racially aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
