Dispatcher makes vile remark to pleading 71-year-old woman in pain

A 71-year-old Seattle woman, Pamela Hogan, called 911 several times about her severe knee pain, only to be told by a dispatcher that they were not going to 'play a game' with her after she said she had congestive heart failure. She waited 10 hours for an ambulance, only to die in her home.
