Drunk and high mother flips car with teens inside

Fifty-year-old Faye Dawson was jailed after she drove five teenagers in her car at night while drunk and high on drugs. She had picked them up from a house in Cheadle, Staffordshire, before speeding through a residential area. After being begged to slow down by her passengers she crashed the Vauxhall Corsa which flipped in a field. Four teenagers were injured with one of them suffering a fractured spine. Dawson was jailed for 14 months and banned from driving for 55 months.
