Countries should not 'hijack' the Strait of Hormuz and tax tankers

British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper has told the BBC that countries like Iran should not 'hijack' the Strait of Hormuz and then tax tankers passing through. The Minister said it was still an international shipping route and should stay free for travel.
