Brazen car thief caught in the act as owner discovers a chilling video

Moment woman catches brazen thief sat inside her car on dashcam after she woke up to find vehicle had vanished from her home. Anna Kierat was left confused after spotting her motor was not where she left it. She looked at the app connected to an internal security camera in the car. Anna then saw a heavy-breathing man sitting in the driving seat trying to remove the steering wheel lock. The cap wearing crook gave it a yank before it came off.
