Romanian trickster filmed swiping £11,000 Rolex watch

On a night out, Constantin Iosif told Mateusz Matlin he had broken up with his girlfriend and when the good samaritan gave him a hug, Iosif wrestled his £11,000 watch from him and ran off. Iosif has been handed a 20 month suspended sentence, rehab and made to do unpaid work.
