Senior civil servant says Sir Olly Robbins 'wasn't forthcoming' with information

Cabinet Office's most senior civil servant Cat Little told MPs that she wasn't allowed to see the security vetting document on Lord Mandelson's appointment as US Ambassador so she decided to request to view it. She added that she believed due process was followed.
