Shomrim praise volunteers for stopping Golders Green knifeman

The Golders Green knifeman was stopped by heroic members of the public who trapped him with a car before helping police detain him. Witnesses also ran to the aid of the two Jewish men he attacked, one of whom was in his 70s and the other in his 30s. The 45-year-old suspect tried to stab police before he was Tasered and arrested. The incident has been declared an act of terrorism.
