A senior White House aide has posted extraordinary video footage that appears to show US Secretary of State Marco Rubio bouncing up and down while DJing electronic dance music.Rubio has been jokingly referred to as the 'Secretary of Everything' due to all the hats he wears for the Trump administration on top of being the Secretary of State.Guests were seen jumping up and down as the man that Scavino claimed is Rubio leaned over a laptop with a set of headphones pressed to his ear.
