Hillsborough County Sheriff, Chad Chronister, says a kayaker located the body of a murdered USF student. Nahida Bristy, 27, was the murdered student who the kayaker located in a plastic bag filled with salt water. Chronister says the kayaker snagged on a plastic bag with an 'undescribable' smell and looked like a human body. The kayaker contacts law enforcement.
