Traveller advertises illegal Essex caravan park before construction begins

A traveller reportedly involved in the illegal creation of a caravan park in Essex advertised plots for sale before construction began. Martin Mongan shared architect’s drawings online, showing 12 pitches near Braintree and Stansted Airport. The site was developed without planning permission while the council offices were closed over the Bank Holiday weekend.
