Spencer Matthews sensationally blanked his former Made in Chelsea co-star, Millie Mackintosh, at the BAFTAs four months after it was revealed she was divorcing his close pal, Hugo Taylor. The father-of-three was best man at Millie's wedding to Hugo in 2018 but he completely ignored her on Sunday as he greeted those around her in the queue for pictures on the red carpet.
