A cowboy roofer made a sick boast about swindling elderly victims of thousands of pounds.Nelson Cooper along with Scott Smith, targeted homes across Kent between 2024 and 2025.They charged for unnecessary repairs after convincing owners their chimneys need repairs.The pair were jailed after being arrested and pleading guilty at Canterbury Crown Court.
