Bangor business owner hits out at effects of church's needle exchange program

Bangor small business owner Tricia Quirk has spoken out at a local council meeting to hit out at the effects of a nearby church's needle exchange program for drug users. Quirk said she was not against 'harm reduction,' but discarded needles and antisocial behavior were affecting local businesses.
