Stampedes and fights break out at Swatch stores around the world over new watch

A £335 limited edition Audemars Piguet pocket watch has prompted stampedes and fights at Swatch stores around the world.Police have been forced to step in and protect stores while telling people to leave the areas in which they are in. Fights broke out in London and Milan and distressing footage from Bangkok shows a crowd crush. In numerous locations include Dallas, Texas and Cannes, crowds had turned out and were not wanting to leave despite police bringing out sniffer dogs and loud speakers telling them to leave.
