Drunk marine seen singing karaoke before one-punch death

Drunk commando Joseph Jones, 22, was seen singing karaoke and celebrating the end of his military training at a bar in Exmouth in December, with the marines' antics attracting the attention of others enjoying the night. Later, Jones was talking to Cemal John Yilmaz, 29, outside and delivered a 'fast, jab-style punch' when he thought he had been disrespected, killing Yilmaz, a 'gentle giant' chef. The family of Yilmaz have labelled Jones' three-year jail term a 'disgrace'.
