Travellers build unauthorised development over bank holiday weekend

Travellers took advantage of the May bank holiday to construct an unauthorised development. Construction started in West Chiltington, after Horsham council closed for the weekend. Drone images showed a large field after it was tarmacked over with mobile homes in place.
