Donald Trump has claimed that the protesters outside an ICE facility in New Jersey are 'fake' and 'paid for,' citing the quality and similarity of signs held by protesters. Protesters have been targeting the Delaney Hall facility after it was revealed a number of detainees are on a hunger strike.
