Sheriff makes 'threatening' statement to Washington state senators

Pierce County sheriff Keith Swank made what was seen as a 'threatening' statement to a Washington state senators' committee over a proposal to ban law enforcement from wearing masks. The Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs initiated expulsion proceedings against Swank over the speech.
