Moment 'Midwest Karen' kicks small child that can't swim into hotel pool

Penny Badgett was arrested in Kansas City after CCTV showed her 'kicking' a 7-year-old child, that couldn't swim, into a hotel pool. Badgett allegedly told the child's aunt that the boy had been 'mean' to another child.
