Ex Met Police Chief Supt Parm Sandhu: 'There's no two-tier justice system'

The director of London Policing College rejected accusations of a 'two-tier' justice system.Parm Sandu was the first and only Asian chief superintendent of the Met Police.The comments came after backlash over the arrest of murdered teenager Henry Nowak, who was stabbed to death by Vickrum Digwa, and accused of racism when officers arrived on scene in Southampton.
