Foreign nationals among at least 21 killed in a blaze at an Indian hotel

At least 21 people have died, and several others are injured after a fire swept through a hotel in New Delhi on Wednesday.The deadly inferno broke out at the Flourish Stay hotel in the Indian city's southern Malviya Nagar neighbourhood.
