Cops appeal for public's help after 'standoff between two gunmen' shooting

Toledo police have appealed for the public's help in identifying what they believe to be two gunmen that were shooting at each other at the Old West End Festival in Ohio. At least twelve people were struck by gunfire and taken to hospital.
