Severely emaciated dog Alba rescued by British animal rescuer

Animal rescuer in Thailand says life of dog he rescued from the streets hangs in the balance. Niall Harbison who lives in Thailand has dedicated his life to rescuing dogs. He recently rescued Alba who was found chained up and severely emaciated.
