Trendy London bakeries go viral in light of Gail's receiving backlash

Independant bakeries across London have started to gain huge interest after Gails hired Goldman Sachs to run an auction on their chain. Gail's now plans to open up to 40 more stores next year and hire another 1,000 staff.
