Brazen pair of thieves barge into luxury bags store with bolt cutters TWICE

In the space of 24 hours both stores of Phoenix Style in Surrey and Manchester were targeted by the same two robbers who used wire cutters to slice through cables and steal four handbags worth more than £15,000 in total.
