Culture Sec: General taxation not being considered to replace BBC licence fee

The Government is not considering general taxation as a replacement for the BBC licence fee, Lisa Nandy says. The Culture Secretary tadds that the licence fee is 'not only insufficient' but it also is 'deeply regressive'.
