Tenant left bottles of urine and bags of faeces inside flat

A tenant left a property with two years worth of rubbish inside including 200 bottles of urine and and bags of faeces. Landlord, Jan Pringle said he felt as though eviction was the 'last resort' as the resident refused to let him carry out checks.
