Sea foam engulfs Dorset coast amid storm Herminia chaos

A new low-pressure system is moving in from the southwest bringing further strong winds and heavy rain. Spanish meteorologists have dubbed it Storm Herminia, and it has already started bringing chaos to the Dorset coast in West Bay.
