Bulgarian authorities probe air ambulance failure to reach injured tourist

A 29-year-old Irish tourist has died after a 600m fall at Bulgaria's Bansko ski resort. Ground rescuers reached him, but an air ambulance malfunctioned and never arrived. Bulgarian authorities are investigating the failure.
