Labour Home Secretary Chris Philps warns Brits have lost their 'work ethic'

Shadow home secretary Chris Philp insisted that the country must 'lift our game' and 'compete' with rivals such as South Korea , China and India. Figures published this month showed 9.3 million people were economically inactive.
