Chilling moment over-speeding drug dealer hits pedestrian launching him in air

Ahmed Lal, of King Street in Wellington, was driving his friend's BMW M4 along Watling Street in Wellington on June 18, 2023 when he struck a pedestrian crossing the road. The 24-year-old was travelling at around 68mph in a 30mph zone.
